§ FAQ

Is the TI222 still available?

The TI222 has been discontinued. The TI223 is the replacement — same phone-attached format with 19,200-pixel resolution (vs. TI222's 10,800) and compatibility with both iOS and Android.

What replaces the TI222?

The TI223 replaces both the TI220 (Android) and TI222 (iOS) with a single unit compatible with both platforms, eliminating the need to specify iOS vs. Android at time of purchase.

Why was the TI222 replaced with a universal model?

Maintaining separate SKUs for iOS and Android created inventory and support complexity. The TI223 consolidates both into a single unit that adapts to either platform via the appropriate connector and app — a simpler experience for distributors and end users.
