The Kidde 900-CUDR is a battery-powered (2 AA included) combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarm with self-testing components that continuously verify the alarm is functioning. The photoelectric smoke sensor may detect visible fire particles from slow smoldering fires sooner than ionization sensors. An included mounting bracket supports installation in 4 orientations. Battery-powered protection continues even during power outages. This model is replaced by the 30CUDR.
