What is the difference between R10000-UNBX and R10000-UNWS?
The UNBX has no integral stops — to shut off flow you use the supply valves in the wall. The UNWS has integral stops (service stops) built into the valve body, which allows you to shut off water to the shower without turning off the whole line — much more convenient for cartridge replacement or service. The UNWS costs slightly more but is strongly recommended for new construction where access to supply valves may be difficult.

The R10000-UNBX works with all current Delta Monitor 13, 14, 17, and 17T series trim kits.
